Ordering & Pricing
MOQ depends on the model, configuration, packaging, and customization scope. Include your target quantity in the RFQ so the applicable MOQ and sample availability can be confirmed in writing.
Use our Request a Quote form, email sales@nicola-touch.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Include the application, preferred size or viewing distance, quantity, destination country, timeline, and any customization or document requirements.
Available payment methods, beneficiary details, deposit schedule, and currency are stated in the formal quotation or proforma invoice. Verify the document and beneficiary through an established contact channel before sending funds.
The validity period is printed on each formal quotation because component and freight conditions can change. Use the date and validity stated on the document you receive.
Pricing is calculated for the exact model, configuration, quantity, packaging, destination, and delivery terms. Submit the expected quantity for a project-specific quotation; no public discount tier should be treated as binding.
Products & Specifications
Available sizes vary by product family and current configuration. State the intended use and preferred size or viewing distance in your RFQ, then request the model-specific specification sheet.
Commercial projects may require different mounting, enclosure, control, brightness, duty cycle, warranty, and service terms than a consumer TV. These characteristics are model-specific; compare the exact specification and intended operating conditions before purchase.
Touch technology and supported inputs vary by model and project. Describe the users, input method, glass or glove conditions, required touch points, operating system, and screen size so compatibility can be checked.
Operating-system and player options are configuration-specific. Provide your application, version, peripheral, network, and device-management requirements before a compatible configuration is quoted.
Certification and compliance documents are model-, configuration-, and market-specific. State the destination and required standard in the RFQ, and verify that any supplied report identifies the exact quoted product before ordering.
OEM / Customization
Potential OEM work can include branding, packaging, appearance, firmware, ports, mounting, or enclosure changes. Feasibility, engineering scope, MOQ, tooling, ownership, and validation requirements must be reviewed for the specific project.
Timing depends on the scope, sample and approval rounds, tooling, component availability, required testing, quantity, and shipping method. The project schedule should be confirmed after requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed.
If confidentiality is required, request an NDA before sharing sensitive material. The applicable document, parties, permitted use, and ownership terms must be agreed in writing for the project.
Shipping & Delivery
Transit and production times vary by destination, quantity, packaging, carrier, customs, and Incoterm. Request a current estimate in the quotation and distinguish production lead time from transit time.
Destination availability is checked at quotation time against the product, shipment size, carrier coverage, and import requirements. Include the destination city, country, and postal code for a useful shipping review.
The agreed Incoterm determines the allocation of freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and taxes. Confirm the Incoterm and named place on the quotation, and obtain local import advice where needed.
