Nicola Touch Technology Co., Ltd. is a company registered in China, with principal operations in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. We manufacture and export commercial digital signage and touch screen displays to B2B customers worldwide.
2. Products and Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Nicola Touch. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Product specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Confirmed orders are binding upon receipt of the required deposit payment.
For B2B orders, standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Pricing
All prices shown are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, taxes, or shipping costs unless explicitly stated. B2B pricing is available upon quote request and is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, product designs, logos, and technical documentation, is the property of Nicola Touch Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nicola Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
6. OEM / ODM Projects
For custom OEM/ODM projects, separate project agreements govern intellectual property ownership, tooling costs, confidentiality, and production specifications. These Terms serve as the baseline unless superseded by a signed project agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shenzhen.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
