1-Year Limited Warranty
Nicola Canvas digital art canvases are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects in the display panel, backlight, frame, and internal electronics under normal home use.
Physical damage, unauthorized modification, misuse, improper installation, unsuitable power, and ordinary cosmetic wear are not covered.
Commercial and Project Orders
Warranty duration, covered components, exclusions, remedy, parts or return procedure, shipping responsibility, response target, and regional service scope can vary by model, configuration, quantity, destination, and contract.
Before payment, confirm that these terms appear in the formal quotation, proforma invoice, contract, or warranty document for the exact SKU. Website family-level descriptions do not replace the order-specific document.
