Air Freight
DHL / FedEx / UPS express courier. Best for smaller orders up to ~500kg or urgent deliveries.
Sea Freight
FCL or LCL via major global shipping lines. Cost-effective for bulk orders. Port-to-port or door-to-door options.
Express Courier
For sample orders and small shipments. Door-to-door service with tracking. Import duties paid by recipient.
Shipping to the United States
Nicola Canvas orders ship from our Guangzhou, China facility via international express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
- Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch
- Transit time: 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on delivery address
- Tracking number provided by email once your order ships

For B2B / Wholesale Orders
Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. The closest major export port is Guangzhou Nansha Port. Air freight departs from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN).

Lead time begins from receipt of deposit payment confirmation. Rush production surcharges may apply.
Incoterms
Default shipping terms:
- Sea Freight: FOB Shenzhen (buyer arranges freight and insurance from Shenzhen port)
- Air/Express: EXW (Ex Works Shenzhen) or DDU upon agreement
- CIF or DDP available for certain routes — please request in your quotation
Customs and Import Duties
Import duties, tariffs, and local taxes at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is agreed. We provide accurate commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate customs clearance. HS codes are provided with all shipments.
Packaging Standards
All displays are packed in double-wall export cartons with custom-cut EPS foam inserts. Packaging is designed to withstand standard drop tests (ISTA 2A certified). Pallet and wooden crate options are available for sea freight.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking numbers. For express courier shipments, you will receive a DHL/FedEx tracking link via email. For sea freight, we provide Bill of Lading (B/L) copies and vessel tracking information.
Shipping Damage Claims
Inspect all goods upon receipt. If visible external damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Report hidden damage within 5 business days with photos. We will assist with insurance claims and replacement.
